Throttle Sensitivity

Postby squirrelcv » Mon Sep 03, 2007 9:47 pm

I've seen programmers that claim to be able to adjust TPS settings. Is this something that would be possible with Sniper SF?

Adjusting TPS is a mechanical procedure. you can set at what voltage power enrichment occures if you use the commando software the Special Forces sets the power enrichment automatically.

The only time I've had to adjust my TPS was using the Accufab TB on the Mach1. It's not hard to do if needed.

I just finished tuning my Mustang and you're 100% right.

I noticed that the throttle was MUCH peppier than before.

I didn't realize that the Sniper program did it automatically. That's even better! Wow, I'm loving this product more and more!

Is this the same as setting a/f throughout the RPM range or something different? I am really interested in picking up the SF version but wanted to make sure this doesn't only create a tune for WOT like some tuner shops I have been to.

SF is not a WOT only tuner. The tunes I've created have been excellent. You will have the ability to refine the tune for fuel and timing after the initial tune is created. My experience has been excellent. :D
