reloading stock tune is not returning bullet
I im trying to get a bullet back with no luck , I reloaded the stock file from position 5 instead of 6 ,not sure if that is the problem or not , but the computer in the car is not the original but has still been read , what im I missing ?

It's not always a stock file that the Interface box "locks' on to. Sometimes peoples cars already have a tune in it when they first use our software. If this is the case then only the tuned file will return the Bullet. Only the original file that gets read out of the vehicle (can be stock or modified) can return the Bullet.
If the vehicle has a "reman" computer then this can cause a problem with returning the Bullet.

the pcm is not the original but I pretty sure its a ford part , how would I know if its reman.

ok ive tried every pcm file in my original reads folder with no success , is that the correct folder ? Really wanting to get my new toy flashed today , what do I need to do to just purchase a bullet for the new car because im not having much luck with original read returning one .

To purchase a new Bullet, you will need to connect the Interface to your pc and then open up the Bullet Utility program. Once open, click on "Get hardware fingerprint". This will pop up a long code (fingerprint). I will need that along with payment information and then I would give you a key in return to type into the 5 blank boxes.
