What is the error message you get?
Is the stock file of the car you're tuning in the Original Files folder?

to hijack this post i have a similar issue, after you make a tune using special forces you click save and prompts an eror code the closes. Using windows 10 the software closes without any error but wont save a file.
in windows xp code reads
Error: Access vilation at 0x7c90100B (tried to read from 0x00000034) program terminated.
tring in vista i get the same thing but 0x00000024
tired vista and xp on two different computer now with the same results.
any ideas

Could be a few problems causing this.
1. Confirm the stock file is in the Original Files folder
2. Confirm the stock file has the correct computer box code that you're typing into the SF software (middle 4-digits of stock file).
3. Confirm the stock file is not 0 kb. Depending on year of vehicle, it should be 112kb, 224kb, 448kb, 512kb, 1024kb.
4. Confirm the template is in the TRM Files folder. The template would be the first 5-digits of the stock file name).

found out my issue. so i didn't have a bullet activated and was trying to open and run all the apps to make sure they would all work before i did anything.
If i would have followed the instructions there wouldn't have been an issue. my fault
