Help with 97 Cobra tune

I'm tuning a 97 Cobra LLX4 with a Pro-M 87mm, cold air intake, Loudmouth Catback and 4.10 gears. I set the octane tune to 91 and the mass air calibration for "COB 24lbs" when I tried to use "96 Cobra 24lbs" it didn't idle as well. I didn't do any fine tuning with fuel or spark. The car seems to pull a bit harder but it feels like it's cutting out/making gurgling noises in the upper rpms which it did not do when stock. It doesn't sound like its pinging, if I had to guess it's the ignition cutting out a little bit. I think the plugs and wires might need to be changed? Any tips for further tuning this car?

Try leaving the MAF calibration stock and see if this resolves your issue.

Thanks man, I changed that to stock and the car pulls really hard now...
