Fine tuning????

Reading over the the booklet I came across the Fine tuning section of modifying an existing tune. I know that messing with the fuel air ratio can can damage the car if not done correctly. I was wondering what the recommended fuel and timing mods are for max horsepower on 93 octane? 02 V6 with catback exhaust and CAI. Thanks

More than likely you should be able to add a couple degrees of timing. However, without monitoring AFR, I would leaave the fuel alone until you can monitor it.

do the advances in spark timing build off each other or does it reset while a new tune is being loaded?

They reset. This prevents adding 5* to a tune and reloading and adding another 5* and reloading and adding another 5* until Kaboom happens.
