fuel trims

i have commando and im using recon to check my fuel trims and i noticed my short terms bounce around 27 to 35 percent and my long terms are pegged on 50 this is a 2000 ford explorer 5.0 pcm eqe3 truck runs good with good power for what it is but i was concerned and btw it is a 302 bored .040 over with a very mild cam on 93 octane

I would richen up the MAF transfer function about 15%-20% and see if that helps.

Do I change the lbs per hour or the voltage too?
