Re: Upgraded injectors
What is the year, make and model of the vehicle?
What MAF meter is on the vehicle?
Is the MAF meter calibrated for the 24# injectors or calibrated for stock injectors?

Re: Upgraded injectors
Hmm, simple enough. The software should have made a good tune.
Probably silly questions, but:
In the software, you're selecting "Stock" for the maf calibration, right?
In the software, you're selecting "24 lbs" for the injector size, right?
Do you have any other modifications done to the engine?

Re: Upgraded injectors
I have the commando tuning software but I did leave all of the maf configuration alone all I changed was the injector high and allow slopes and breakpoint

Re: Upgraded injectors
I'm guessing you have 24 entered for High slope and 27 entered for low slope (or close to it)? If so, then something else may be causing the "bogging". Any other modifications done to the vehicle?

Re: Upgraded injectors
The only real upgrade I have is a cam very similar to an e303 Ford camshaft and a full 2 1/2 exhaust with flow masters
Re: Upgraded injectors
I would start building the tune using the Special Forces software and
then download it into your Explorer.
If that fixes the bogging issue then you know it’s the number you put
into the Commando software.

Re: Upgraded injectors
The Ford Explorer stock tunes that I have seen keep it in closed loop for too long. You might look that direction.
