Re: **All Recon Users Must perform this** 81007

It's one of the most crucial PID's in the factory supercharged cars.

Re: Mafia

I forget what the exact name for the airmass in Commando is but if you go into scalars it's all there. So what you do is take your tune that you made for injectors with the stock maf and load it in there. Take the lo slope and hi slope fuel injector value (its a single value scalar) and multiply by ...

Re: Mafia

You should have got a sheet with the Mafia that gives you the scaling.

Just multiply the Injector Hi/Low Slopes by the percentage (usually .76) and the airmass displacement by the same value and your pretty much set.

So if your Low slope is 40.48 it's 40.48 x .76.

Rinse and repeat.

Try changing the entire Stabilized open loop to 14.7 up to 100% and then 11.5 from everything higher.

Re: Update?

The files that Special Forces makes are pretty conservative. I would be surprised if it was pinging as the result of that file. The Recon issue has been touchy since day one, but if you get me a Diablo log i'll look at it, or unless of course you have Recon. My guess is that if it's pinging, your ru...

Unless you throw codes, I highly recommend you leave those scalars alone.

Re: A few Lightning Tuning questions.

The MAFia will work with Commando. You'll have to modify the two injector slopes, airmass, breakpoint, and manifold volume by the setting your using.

IE multiply all of the above scalars by .76

Theres no ways about it, if you don't have an A/F ratio meter and a good one to boot, it's like the blind leading the blind.

Re: Surging/Bucking at part throttle + overheating

Load in this case isn't load as you would think. It's actually the VE equivalent of a percentage. Because your running a computer designed for something completely different, the fact that it's calculating 4.6 values a 347 could be an issue. Essentially, load is a fraction of the engines displacemen...
