Re: Data Log question

Unless there is a problem with the way the car is running then there's really nothing to worry about here. Keep in mind: - The data log image is slightly delayed and those numbers are constantly moving very quickly - The information that is grabbed by the computer is also calculated from an average ...

Some people do that (zero them out) but I wouldn't recommend it because sometimes it can effect the way the engine starts-up.

Re: Another Stock file not returning bullet thread

I've answered you via email already but I'm going to paste the same response here in case anyone else is following this thread with a similar issue. There could be several reason for that message. These include: 1. The stock file is NOT in the "Original Files" folder 2. The "Original Files" folder i...

Re: Another Stock file not returning bullet thread

Something must have changed with the pcm for the Interface box not to release the Bullet when returned to stock. The handheld tuner may be altering (or leaving behind some type of mark) the tune in the pcm to cause this. If you email me the stock tune then I can turn off traction control only and em...

Re: Turning off PATS

Are you using the newer style chip and burner? The newer style chip burner is a small plastic box and the older style is a metal box. If you're using the newer style, I have not heard these issues you're having. The newer style has been pretty bullet proof for past few years so it would seem that so...

Re: Turning off PATS

Just so I'm understanding correctly, you're having two problems? 1. You cannot create or modify a tune with the Special Forces software. 2. You cannot write a tune to the plug-in chip with the chip burner. My last response would have addressed #1. Being that the file is the right size and in the rig...

Re: Turning off PATS

Did any of your files get moved on your pc? Make sure the stock file is located in the Original Files folder. If it's there, is it the correct size (224/225kb)?

Re: reloading stock tune is not returning bullet

To purchase a new Bullet, you will need to connect the Interface to your pc and then open up the Bullet Utility program. Once open, click on "Get hardware fingerprint". This will pop up a long code (fingerprint). I will need that along with payment information and then I would give you a key in retu...

Re: 97 GT with Paxton Supercharger

If you use our Special Forces tuning software then you will just need to know what modifications the car has. Special Forces software will ask you a bunch of questions and you just click on the right answer. Based on that, the software will adjust fuel and timing. After that, you do have the ability...

Re: reloading stock tune is not returning bullet

It's not always a stock file that the Interface box "locks' on to. Sometimes peoples cars already have a tune in it when they first use our software. If this is the case then only the tuned file will return the Bullet. Only the original file that gets read out of the vehicle (can be stock or modifie...

Re: multiloader driver issue

What version is the kit you bought? There should be a small round sticker on the Interface box with a hand written number. If it's v13 or older then the kit would need to be sent in for updating to work with newer pc's. The charge for this is $100 plus shipping. If it's v14 or newer then they you ju...

We do not have a product called "Sniper" so I'm not sure what you're referring to. The tuning products we have are: - Special Forces - Commando - Delta Force The Special Forces is powerful but simple to use for OBD-II vehicles*. It's basically a questionnaire that will ask you about 30 questions abo...

Is there a blow off valve installed? If so, is it before or after MAF and is it dumping into atmosphere or back into intake?

Re: High LTFT at idle

Assuming everything is sound with the engine, sensors and no vacuum leaks, you can try this. Because your stft are negative and your ltft are positive we really don't know which way to make the adjustment. I would start be adding 5% fuel. You would make this change in the MAF transfer function. This...
